Can I see custom apparel before it is manuafured?
Yes. We implement a two part 'approval process'. (i) You are sent a mock-up of your product to approve (ii) You are sent a sample photo of the product prior to mass production.
How long will my order typically take?
We estimate each order to take up to 30 working-days. This includes product design, approval, manufacturing, and shipping duration.
How do I place a custom order?
Please head over to the 'request a quote' page, and fill out the table with you, and or business is after. At this point, within 78hours we will send you a quote for you to review.
What payment methods are accepted?
Electronic bank transfer, Paypal, Visa, Visa-Debit, Mastercard, American Express.
Can I edit my order?
You may edit, or adjust some orders. Generally larger orders that include shorts, jerseys, shakers, socks may be edited. But once you have approved the mock-up and sample photos, we are unable to edit or change your order from this point.
Can I track my order?
You will recieve the tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. From this point you can monitor and track any updates through transit, to your front door.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the paymenty has been made, and you have approved your mock-up, we are unable to cancel your order after this point.
What if I have added the incorrect address?
If you have made an error with your shipping address, we recommend you contact the team ASAP. If we are unable to amend this address error before it is dispatched, we will aim to contact the courier and pass on a redirection request. But this can not be guaranteed. If your parcel is shipped back to us, we will then be in contact with you to arrange redelivery.
